This is an Ercol Jubilee 3 seater settee made to commemorate the Queens Silver Jubilee. Sadly now looking a little out of date. We thought we would try to refresh it while ascentuating the crisp clean lines reminiscent of the iconic day bed/studio couch. 
The Jubilee also came in a two seater version., which we also thought could do with a makeover, same frame but using a one piece seat and back:

This old wing chair was still in good condition, but looking very dated, this fabric brought it right up to date….
The customer of this Corbierre bed spent a week in France trying to find one of these gorgeous beds, but came home defeated. They bought this one off E bay, from Ipswich, sent it to Stage One…one very satisfied customer….
Their is more than one way to cover a dining chair. Apart from the normal reupholstery of the seat. A total cover like this transforms the whole set….
Their were eight of these chairs, part of a lovely old oak dining set, a total reupholstery job brought them back to mint condition….
This set was at least 25 years old when we got it. The frame was brilliant, but the rest had seen better days. A complete new set of cushions and set up for another 25 years….
This wooden frame furniture was extremely popular and the frames seem to last forever….however the cushions do wear out, but new cushions bring them straight into the 21st century….
This was part of a set of caravan cushions, well past their ‘sell by’ date, given the Stage One treatment and ready for the next holiday….
Definitely a challenge these chairs. Owned by a bachelor for over 30 years and really falling apart. Stripped right down and started from the frame up. Hopefully last another 30 years !….
Favourite comfy chairs that had seen better days. They were changed slightly to the arms, reupholstered , got years left in them now….
The simple dining chair seat, seems to get a lot of wear, stripped, reupholstered with new padding and materials, ready for action….
Really nice settee, but the fabric looking a little ‘naff’, some carefully chosen fabrics, resulting in up to date elegant piece of furniture….
Nice contempory sofa but had taken a battering from the kids, then survived the builders during a house renovation… a trip to Stage One Upholstery and the sofa is back in business….
Big comfy sofa this one, but had seen better days. Complete re vamp, new seats and back cushions, slight change of style, ready for the next number of years….
One of our customers, being a carpenter decided he would like to create his own chaise. With some help from us , he made his own frame, presented it to us and we did the rest for him…great result….
Lovely shaped chaise longe, very sought after, stripped out, reupholstered and becomes a very desirable piece of furniture….
This job was originally to be a DIY job by the customer, however, they stripped it out , reallity kicked in and they sent it to us to do the work….
